He we go with our first class....I have invited Oklahoma City artist, Angie Meyers to come and teach the Art of Resin Pouring. this crown pic will teach you some skills in mixed media and the fabulous finish look of resin. You can take this skill and run with it. Take some cherish photos and preserve then in resin. You don't want to miss the fun.
It will be an afternoon in the studio on Saturday, November 3rd, 1-4pm.
Class fee is $65.
All supplies will be provided.
Students will need to bring scissors and glue sticks for their projects.
Re-discovering my natural creativity has allowed me to look inward, enabling me to filter my world from my emotions and perceptions. This is who I am now. My art consist of vintage assemblage from my collectable vintage lace & paper. I love decorating my home, gardening, journaling, traveling and working in my art studio. Most importantly is making time for my family and friends, that make my life good.

Changes
I have been redesigning my blog page myself. Obviously, its been years since I did any graphics, but I still have this desire to do my own design. Some of you may remember my page, and it just didn't fit me anymore. It wasn't my style and I wanted more simplicity. So, forgive me for the changing you are seeing until I get where I am happy with things.
I have been making alot of jewelry lately. I am going to try & get it posted to my Etsy shop soon. This is one of the necklaces I made for myself with a pic of this cat from a card someone had given me. I was taking an online Terri Brush soldering class and needed something for the bezel I was making. I like how it turned out. There has been a totally new look going on in the house since January going from the color beige throughout to grays. Its been a nice change and has brightened up the house.

2018
Where did 2017 go? Went to Italy. Enjoyed some great art workshops. Luckily, we both were blessed with good health. Learned a little about golf as our granddaughter competed this past summer. We sold the house we spent over a year remodeling to sell. Remodeled the bathroom. Sold some real estate. Feel pretty blessed for all that is worth. Its been a great year!
